青光眼患者的视觉诱发电位测试与分析

THE ANALYSIS ON VISUAL EVOKED POTENTIAL OF PATIENTS WITH GLAUCOMA

目的:了解青光眼患者视神经传导通路功能受损情况。方法:对45例临床诊 断为青光眼的患者进行PRVEP的检测并与对照组的结果比较分析。结果:45例患者中,异 常的有37例,异常率为83％。主要表现在P100潜伏期延长37例,与对照组比较有非常显著 的差异(P<0.01),潜伏期延长合并波幅异常降低者19例25眼。结论:PRVEP对青光眼 患者视神经传导通路受损的检出具有较高的敏感性,具有早期了解视通路功能情况的价值。

Objective: To explore the damages of visual pathway in patients with glaucoma. Methods: PRVEP detection was performed in 45 patients with glaucoma. And the results were compared with the normal control group. Results: In 45 cases, 37 cases were abnormal . The abnormal rate was 83% . There was a significant difference in the latency of P100. There were the prolongation of latency and decrease of amplitudes in 19 cases. Conclusion: PRVEP might be more sensitive in the detection of optic nerve damage. And it was valuable in early diagnosis of the function of optic nerve .
