摘要 本文以绿原酸、咖啡酸为含量测定指标,采用HPLC法测定了不同产地忍冬藤中绿原酸、咖啡酸含量。色谱柱为Diamonsil^TMC18,4.6mm×250mm,10μm柱,流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(11:89),检测波长为324nm。线性范围:绿原酸为0.08~0.40μg,r=0.9995,咖啡酸为0.03~0.15μg,r=0.9996;加样回收率:绿原酸为100.79%,RSD=2.17%,咖啡酸为98.05%,RSD=2.44%。本法快速、简便,重现性好,可用于控制忍冬藤的内在质量。 An HPLC method for determination of the content of chlorogenic acid and caffeic acid in bines of Lonicera Japonica Thurtb. from different sources was established using DiamonsilTMC18(4. 6mm× 250mm, 10μm)column. The mobile phase was HCN-0. 2%H3PO4(11 : 89)and the detection wavelength was 324nm. The calibration curve of chlorogenic acid was linear in the range of 0. 08-0. 40μg,r = 0. 9995. The mean recovery of chlorogenic acid was 100. 79% ,RSD% = 1. 4%. The calibration curve of caffeic acid was linear in the range of 0. 03-0. 15μg,r=0. 9996. The mean recovery of caffeic acid was 98. 05%, RSD% = 2. 44%. This method was found to be convenient,quick with good reproducibility. It can be used as a method of quality control.
