HPLC法测定参鹿扶正合剂中五味子醇甲含量

Determination of Schisandrin in Shenlufuzheng Oral Solution by HPLC

目的：建立参鹿扶正合剂中五味子醇甲的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法：用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂；甲醇-水(65：35)为流动相；检测波长为250nm；样品以水饱和的正丁醇提取。结果：五味子醇甲在0．614～3．070μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=0.9996，加样回收率为98.05％，RSD=2．22％(n=5)。结论：本法简单可行，结果准确，重现性良好。

Objective: To develop an assay for the determination of Schisandrin in Shenlufuzheng Oral Solution. Methods: A RP-HPLC was used on C18 column with a mobile phase of methanol-water(65 : 35) and the detection wavelength at 250nm. Result;The standard curves for Schisandrin were linear in the range of 0. 614-3. 070μg(r = 0. 9996) ;The mean recoveries of Schisandrin were 98. 05% with RSD=2. 22%(n = 5). Conclusions:The method is convenient and rapid. The result is accurate and reproducible.
