摘要
分析了日产325MW机组锅炉RP783中速磨辊套的失效形式,阐明了辊套失效对中速磨及锅炉的危害。研究确定了中速磨辊套的离心复合铸造生产工艺,为中速磨的辊套生产提供了一条新途径。
In this paper,the forms of failure of the roller shell in the RP783 medium-fast Coal pulverizer of Japan made 325 MW unit are analyzed. The paper also clarifies the harm of the failure of the roller shell to the medium-fast Coal pulverizer and boiler. Production process of the centrifugal compound foundry of the roller shell is studied, therefore, a new way for the roller shell production is provided.
