Research of influence factors for two-component polyur ethane sealant properties

对双组分聚氨酯密封胶的配方进行了探索 ,研究了不同的预聚体、乙组分中的微量水分、甲与乙的不同比例、增塑剂的用量对双组分聚氨酯密封胶性能的影响 ,并在双组分聚氨酯密封胶的基础上增加一个以触变剂为主的第 3组分 ,制成了填嵌型聚氨酯密封胶 ,研究了触变剂用量对密封胶性能的影响。

The formulating of two-component polyurethane sealan t was studied,such as effect of different prepolymers,water content in component B ,the mass ratio of component A and B and plasticizer amount on the properties of the polyurethane sealant.Moreover,on the basis of the two-component polyuretha ne sealant formulation the inlay sealing polyurethane materials were prepared by adding the third component mainly comprising the thixotropic agent and effect o f the thixotropic agent amount on the material properties was investigated.
