摘要
采用微波加热技术硬化水玻璃砂 ,系统测试并分析了水玻璃加入量、微波加热时间和加热功率对砂芯强度的影响规律。结果表明 ,在本实验条件下 ,水玻璃加入量和微波加热功率对砂芯峰值强度出现时间没有影响 ,峰值强度均出现在 10min左右。加热时间超过 2 0min以后 ,砂芯强度基本保持不变。
Using microwave heating to cure water-glass sands , the i nfluence of water-glass amount, microwave heating time and power of microvave h eating on the bonding strength of water-glass sands was measured and analyzed . The results showed that the dosage of water-glass and power of microwave heatin g had no influence on the peak value time of strength and the peak value of stre ngth always appeared at about ten minutes of heating.Then the strength of water -glass sands kept principally invariable when heating for over twenty minutes.
