橙皮水湿热敷乳房减轻乳房胀痛的观察

目的观察橙皮水湿热敷乳房减轻乳房胀痛的疗效。方法将100例乳房肿痛的产妇随机分为两组,实验组50例用橙皮水湿热敷,对照组50例用温热水湿热敷,两组进行比较,观察两组产后乳房硬度及胀痛情况。结果两组产妇产后乳房硬度及胀痛经统计学处理(秩和检验)P〈0.01,有显著性差异。结论橙皮水湿热敷乳房减轻乳房胀痛效果优于传统方法,有临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the effect of orange juice on the treatment of relieving mammary swelling by hot wet compress. Methods 100 patients with mammary swelling were randomly divided into tow groups. The experimental group (50patients) was treated with orange juice by hot wet compress, the control group(50 patients)was treated with hot wet waten. The swelling pains in the two groups were observed. Results Statistically, the difference between the two groups was significant in mammary hardness(p<0.01).Conclusions This study shared that it is mot effative to relieve mammary swelling with orange juice by hot wet compress than the traditanal method.
