摘要
针对一种三元整体叶轮,采用B样条方法对叶片中性面上顶部和根部的两组数据点进行了插值曲线的反算,进而构造出直纹面形式的叶片中性面和叶片曲面;研究了在五坐标机床上采用球头棒铣刀侧铣加工叶轮时的刀位计算方法,给出了在UG(unigraphics)环境下的叶轮曲面建模方法及其数控加工仿真步骤.研究表明将理论分析与几何仿真相结合,可以暴露问题,显著缩短研究时间,是复杂曲面设计与数控加工刀位验证的有效途径.
By using the inverse calculating method of B-spline interpolating curve, the shroud camber line and the hub camber line of a 3-D integral impeller are formed based on two groups of data points. The ruled surfaces of a blade camber surface and a blade surface are then constructed. A kind of side machining cutter location of this impeller is given by means of ball-end cylindrical cutter in 5-axis NC (numerical control) machine tools. The concrete methods of surface modeling and NC machining simulation are provided based on UG (unigraphics) software. The results indicate that the method, which combines theoretical analysis with simulating technology, is an effective approach to surface modeling and tool-location verification in NC machining.
