应用简易层流柜对护士防护作用的探讨

Study on the protection of simple laminar flow hood for nurse

目的 探讨自制简易层流柜对护理人员在配制化疗药物时的防护作用。方法 比较长期接触化疗药物的 32名护士在使用自制简易层流柜前和使用 1 2个月后的白细胞数、脱发、月经等情况作对此调查并统计学处理。结果 护士在使用自制简易层流柜后白细胞数、脱发、月经异常情况均较使用前明显改善 (P <0 .0 5 )。

Objective To study the protection of simple laminar flow hood for nurses who dispensed the chemotherapy drugs.Method The difference of the nurse's hair lose,menses and white blood cell counts before and after the simple laminar hood used when they dispensed to the chemotherapy drugs has been compared.Result An amelioration of menses,hair lost and the white blood cells counts was found after using the simple laminar flow hood when the nurses dispensed the chemotherapy drugs. (P<0.05).Conclusion The simple laminar flow hood can offer a good protection for nurses when preparing the chemotherapy drugs.
