摘要
目的 探讨激励理论对患儿遵医行为的影响。方法 将 4 1 0例患有上呼吸道感染、支气管肺炎、病毒性脑炎等病种的患儿随机分为干预组和对照组。对干预组给予儿科常规护理的基础上 ,运用激励理论进行干预 ;对照组仅给予儿科常规护理 ;分析比较两组的遵医行为。结果 干预组主动遵医率为 4 6 .1 5 % ,而对照组主动遵医率为 31 .5 8% ,经统计学检验两组差异具有统计学意义 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 在治疗过程中运用激励理论 ,能明显提高患儿主动遵医率 ,改善遵医行为 。
Objective To study the effect of treatment compliance of children using motivational theory.Method 410 children with upper airway infection,pneumonia and virus meningitis were randomly divided into experience group and control group.Motivational theory was applied to the experience group along with routine nursing care,while the control group was cared without it.Their treatment compliance was compared between two groups.Result The active treatment compliance rate in the experience group was 46.15% and 31.58% in the control group.There was significant statistic difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Motivational theory applied to children who are receiving medical treatment can enhance their treatment compliance and benefit them.
