葛根膳食纤维提取分离研究 被引量:10

Study on Extraction of Dietary Fiber in Radix Puerariae

摘要 本文对两种类型的葛根 (野葛Puerarialobata(wild) .Ohwi) ,粉葛 (PuerariathomsoniiBenth)膳食纤维进行了重点研究 ,运用酶解重力法测定其含量 ,利用碱液提取分离膳食纤维 ,并对膳食纤维主要组成部分———粗纤维和木质素的含量进行测定。结果表明 :粉葛中可溶性膳食纤维 (SOF)含量为 13.6 6 % ,不溶性膳食纤维 (IDF)为 7.2 1% ;淀粉含量 5 2 .87% ,粗纤维 7.88% ,木质素为 9.0 5 % ;野葛中SDF含量为 39.5 3% ,IDF含量为 10 .5 4% ;淀粉含量 16 .31% ;粗纤维为 14 .19% ;木质素为 16 .31%。提取过程中 ,碱液浓度和浸泡温度对提取膳食纤维的得率影响很大。最佳提取条件为 :5 %的碱液浓度 ,浸泡温度为 30℃。 Two kinds of Radix Puerariae lobedKudzuvine(Pueraria lobata(wild).ohwi)and Thomoson Kudzuvine(Pueraria thomosonii Benth)]were used for the dietary fiber stady.The content of DF was determined with enzymatic-gravimetric method.The reults indicated that the soluble dietary fiber(SDF)content was 13.66,insoluble dietary fiber(IDF)7.21%,starch content 52.87,crude cellulose content 7.88%,lignin content 9.05% in Thomson Kudzuvine;and that the soluble dietary fiber(SDF)content was 43.23%,insoluble dietary fiber(IDF)10.54%,starch content 16.31%,Crude cellulose content 14.19%,lignin content 16.31% in lobed Kudzuvine.The concentration of NaOH solution and the soaking temperature showed influence on the yield of DF extraction.The optimal extraction conditions were:concentration of NaOH solution 5%,soaking temperature 30℃.
