摘要
脱胶亚麻籽是制备亚麻籽油的原料 ,脱胶后表层残胶对制油过程产生不利影响 ,通过调节体系离子强度和离子类型实现脱胶亚麻籽表层残胶脱离效果显著 ,采用 0 .2 5mol/LAl2 (SO4 ) ,温度 70℃～ 80℃ ,处理4 0min～ 5 0min可将亚麻籽表层残胶脱除。
The degumed flaxseed has a thick layer of coating.Removal of this coating is necessary for oil extraction from flaxseed.In this study,We tested different kinds of soaking mediums,and optimized the soaking temperature,the soaking time,and so on.As the result,the following condition for removing the coating was revealed:using 0.25mol/L Al 2(SO 4) 3 to soak the degummed flaxseed at 70℃～80℃for 40min～50min.
