中西药灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎36例疗效观察

THE OBSERVATION ON THE CURATIVE FFFECTS OF 36 CASES WITH ULCERATIVE COLITIS TREATED WITH ENEMATA WITH CHINESE MEDICINE AND WESTERN MEDICINE

为提高溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效,采用清热利湿,凉血止血中药与柳氮磺胺吡啶合用保留灌肠治疗本病36例,观察治疗前后临床症状、便常规及纤维肠镜下溃疡愈合情况。结果:痊愈22例,好转10例,总有效率为88.89%,肉眼大便转阴者31例,镜检转阴者29例。22例痊愈患者纤维肠镜示溃疡全部愈合。表明此法有明显改善临床症状、促进溃疡愈合的作用。

In order to improve the curative effects of ulcerative colitis,applied chinese herbs to clear away heat and dampness,cool blood and hemostasis and salicylayosulfapyridine to treat 36 cases with retention-enema,observed the clinical symptoms,stool test,and the circumstance of ulcer healing by the examination of fiberscope.The results shoed that 22 cases were recovery,10 cases got better;the totally effective rate was 88.89 percent,the stool test was negative (31 cases),the results of examination of fiberscope were negative (29 cases),22 cases,the ulcer was healing under examination of fiber-scope.This shoed that the treatmental method could improve the clinical symptoms obviously and fasted the ulcer healing.
