试论张仲景对中医皮肤科的贡献

DISCUSSION ZHONGJING ZHANG'S CONTRIBUTION TO DEPARTMENR OF DERMATOLOGY

张仲景所著《伤寒杂病论》是我国最早的治疗杂病专书,对临床各科均起指导作用。在中医皮肤科方面也提出了独到的见解,对形其外的诸多皮肤损害提出了病因、病机、症状、发展及其预防,而且还提出了内治、薰洗、外敷等特殊的疗法,实为中医皮肤科的发展开创了先河。本文论述了狐惑病、阴阳毒、瘾疹、黄汗、浸淫疮、肌肤甲错症、干血痨证、肠痈、黄汗变证、阴蚀、多汗症等八种有明显皮肤损害的疾病进行了讨论。从本文的论述可以看出,张仲景对皮肤病的论述散在各章节中,但确实对中医皮肤病科的发展起到了奠基作用。

“Treatise on Febrile miscellaneous diseases”was writen by zhongjing zhang,was the earilestworks on treating complicated diseases,which guided the clinical treatment.He made special contri-bution to department of dermatology,put forward the pathogenesis,etiology,symptoms,developmentand prognosis of many skin damages,and put forward special treatmental methods,such as internaltreatment,fumigation and washing methods,application,etc.This was the original of department ofdermatology.The article discussed eight kinds of diseases which had obviously skin damages,huhuo(Behecetssyndrome),yin yang toxin,squamous and dry skin,emaciation due to blood disorder,acute appen-dictis,sawny sweat deteriorated cases,erosion of vulva and hyperhidrosis,etc.These discussionexsshown that zhong jing provided the base for the development of department ofdermatology althoughhis discussion were seattered in each chapte.
