摘要
目的 为研究大鼠体外循环 (CPB)中肺损伤机制与肺保护方法 ,建立大鼠CPB肺保护液灌注模型。方法 用大鼠离体肺作为氧合器 ,建立大鼠CPB ,肺动脉置管行低温保护液肺灌注。结果 32例模型均建立成功。结论 离体大鼠肺能够作为氧合器用于CPB研究 。
OBJECTIVE Cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB) is known to introduce inflammatory response and reperfusion injury in association with lung injury,to study this,32 cases of rat CPB model were made. METHODS Isolated rat lungs were used as the oxygenator. Venous blood from experimental rats was oxygenated in isolated lungs and then was perfused into the aorta of experimental rats by pump. The experimental rat pulmonary artery was perfused with a protective solution. RESULTS All models were successfully established. CONCLUSION The isolated rat lung can be used as oxygenator instead of a mechanical oxygenator in the rat CPB model.
