颗粒含量对电冶WC/GCr15复合材料磨损性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 用电冶的工艺方法制备了含20%、40%、50%WC颗粒的WC/钢复合材料,研究了颗粒含量对复合材料磨损性能的影响趋势。结果表明:随着WC颗粒含量的增加,颗粒在钢基体中的分布由网状转变为小颗粒状均匀分布,与此对应的磨损性能也相应提高;同时发现,当颗粒含量提高到50%时,复合材料的冲击韧性有下降的趋势,磨损性能的提高幅度受到控制。综合考虑,本试验中WC含量应控制在30%~40%。 The WC/steel composites with 20%,40%,50% WC_p are produced respectively by electroslag melting and casting method,the effects of the WC_p contents on wear resistance are researched.The results show that the distribution of WC_p is changed from the net to the small particles and the wear resistance is enhanced accordingly with the increasing of the WC_p particles contents; at the same time,the toughness has the trend of decreasing when the WC_p content is above 50% and the improving of wear resistance is limited.So the WC_p contents should be controlled between 30% and 40%.
