卵泡穿刺配合人工授精治疗多囊卵巢综合征引起的不孕症 被引量:15

摘要 目的 了解阴道超声引导下卵泡穿刺后行人工授精治疗多囊卵巢综合征 (polycysticovarysyn drome,PCOS)所致不孕症的效果。方法 选择对克罗米芬治疗无反应的PCOS患者应用促排卵药治疗后 ,随机选择 6 0例在阴道超声引导下卵泡穿刺后行人工授精术 ;另选择 6 0例患者直接指导性生活。结果 对照组 6 0例患者临床妊娠率 2 3 33% ,卵巢过度刺激综合征 (ovarianhyperstimulationsyndrome,OHSS )发生率 4 0 0 0 % ,卵泡穿刺组 6 0例患者临床妊娠率 4 8 33% ,OHSS发生率 35 0 0 %。结论 促排卵治疗后 ,阴道超声引导下卵泡穿刺配合人工授精治疗 ,提高了PCOS所致的不孕症患者的临床妊娠率 。 Objective To assess the effect of follicular puncture(FP) followed by intrauterus insemination(IUI)on infertility resulting from polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).Methods One hundred and twenty women with clomiphene citrate resistant PCOS were randomly divided into two groups.Experimental group(n=60)were treated by transvaginal ultrasound-guided FP and followed by IUI,and the control group(n=60)were instructed to have intercourse at home.Results The clinical pregnancy rate and the incidence of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS)were 23 33% and 40 00% respectively in control group,48 33% and 35 00% in experimental group.Conclusions The pregnancy rate of infertility of PCOS can be improved by controlled ovarian hyperstimulation,FP and followed by IUI.The incidence of OHSS is not affected.
