摘要
带状疱疹是一种病毒感染神经节及神经根所引起的急性水泡性皮肤病,当属祖国医学“缠腰火丹”之范畴。作者用艾灸在皮损范围内慢慢回旋熏烤,使受艾灸部位有热麻感,内服清肝解毒汤(柴胡、龙胆草、生地、黄芩、木通、甘草、当归尾、板蓝根、连翘、蜈蚣)治疗141例,取得治愈率98.6%,并随机设对照组单用艾灸治疗40例,对比结果表明,治疗组治愈率优于对照组(0.01<P<0.05),两组疗程差异有极显著意义(t=9.27,P<0.01),治疗组治愈时间明显短于对照组。
The author applied moxibustion and decoction to treat shingles(141 cases),clearing liverand dctoxifying decoction(buplurum root,gentian root,dried rehmannia root,scutellaria root,Caulisaristolochiae,liquorice,Chinese angelica root,isatis root,forsythia,etc.)The controlled group was tr-eated with moxibustion,the observing group's cure rate was 98.6%,the difference between twogroups was obvious,(t=9.27,P<0.01),the treatmental course was shorter than that of controlledgroup.
