摘要
转炉铁水脱磷预处理直炼工艺是在转炉内进行铁水脱磷预处理 ,倒炉出渣后在同一转炉内进行少渣精炼的工艺。在武钢第二炼钢厂进行的 2 0炉试验 ,获得了平均脱磷率为 91%、磷分配比 (m(P) /m [P])为 86 .3、出钢w ([P]) =0 .0 0 5 4 %的显著脱磷效果。
The process of hot metal dephosphorizing pretreatment and direct steel-making in converter is to dephosphorize intially the hot metal in converter and then refine it with less slag in the same vessel after deslagging. Excellent results of average 91 % dephosphorizing rate, 86.3 phosphor distribution rate and 0.0054 % phosphor content in steel after tapping are achieved duning the experiments of 20 heats in the No.2 Steel-making Plant of WISCO.
