微生态保健食品的现况调查和监督管理对策

摘要 [目的 ] 了解上海市微生态保健食品的现况。 [方法 ] 对上海市所有微生态类保健食品企业及产品进行调查及检测。 [结果 ] 菌种管理、生产及成品的质量管理 ,产品标签、标识及说明书宣传上均存在一些问题。 [结论 ] 有关部门应尽快制定相应管理办法及标准 ,以规范本市微生态保健食品生产。 Objectives] To have a good understanding of the current status of the microecological functional food of Shanghai city.[Methods] All the local manufacturers of microecological functional food and their products were investigated and tested. [Results] Various questions were found in bacterial strain management and production, quality controa of products, labels and directions of products.[Conclusions] Proper criterions for microecological functional food should be set up as soon as possible in order to improve the situation of microecological functional food in Shanghai.
