舒巴坦/头孢哌酮治疗老年人下呼吸道感染疗效的临床评价

TREATMENT OF LOWER RESPIRATORY INFECTIONS WITH SULBACTAM/CEFOPERAZONE OF ELDERLY

目的 评价舒巴坦/头孢哌酮治疗65例老年人下呼吸道感染的疗效.方法 对1995年6月～1997年1月我院老年病房65例患者,以舒巴坦/头孢哌酮2克+生理盐水20ml静注,每12小时给药一次,平均疗程12±4天.根据临床症状改善的程度,痰菌转阴率及X线胸片进行临床疗效分析.结果 临床有效率84.6%,细菌清除率78.2%.临床分离的各种革兰阴性杆菌的体外药敏试验,显示67%对本品呈高度敏感.本品不良反应少,无明显肝肾功能损害.结论舒巴坦/头孢哌酮对治疗老年人下呼吸道感染,尤其是院内感染,较安全有效.

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of sulbactam/cefoperazone therapy for lower respiratory infections in the elderly. Methods 65 cases of inpatients from June 1995 - January 1997 were treated. The dosages of sulbactam/ cefoperazone used were 2g every 12 hours by intravenous injection for average 12 ± 4 days. The analysis was done according to the improvement of clinical symptoms, the clearance rate of bacteria in sputum and the results of X - ray. Results Clinical efficacy was 84.6 % . The clearance rate of bacteria in sputum was 78.2% . Adverse drug reactions were rare. There was no damage of renal or hepatic function. Conclusions Sulbactam/cefoperazone can be considered as an effective and safe agent in treatment of lower respiratory infections in the elderly, especially for infections within hospital.
