鼻咽光纤镜与CT检查在鼻咽癌诊断中的对比研究

Comparison of Nasopharyngeal Fiberoptic Endoscopy Examination and CT Scan in the Diagnosis of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (NPC)

对387例因各种鼻咽病变同时作了鼻咽光纤镜与CT检查的患者进行对比研究,发现:1咽旁间隙与颈动脉鞘区的改变并非鼻咽癌所特有,鼻咽癌依据CT分期有可能使T期增加,因而病期增加;2鼻咽腔肌肉运动、痂皮等可能影响CT成像;3鼻咽癌放疗后原病灶部位CT表现多有肿胀或增厚,伴或不伴有咽旁间隙和/或颈动脉鞘区的改变,判断病灶是否残留或复发,一定要有病理诊断;4鼻咽光纤镜与CT检查在鼻咽癌诊断中存在较大差异。

After comparing 387 patients examinated by nasopharyngeal fiberoptic endoscopy and CT scan synchronously because of nasopharyngeal diseaes, this paper has found: 1. The changes of parapharyngeal spaces and carotid sheath areas is not that only NPC has, the T staging may increase if NPC stages according to CT scan, and therefor the clinical staging increases; 2. The imagine of CT scan may be influenced by the movement of nasopharyngeal cavity muscles and scab; 3. The priginal pathogenetic sites of NPC often shows swelling or thickness after radiotheraped, companingor not companing the changes of parapharyngeal spaces and carotid shealth areas, the pathological diagnosis must be gotten before judging the original pathogenetic sites wether or not relapse or remnant; 4. The great diffrence exists between the nasopharyngeal fiberoptic endoscopy examination and CT can in the diagnosis of NPC.
