The Radiological and Pathological Analysis of Pulmonary Abnormalities in AIDS

分析了2例艾滋病肺部病理及X线特征,以提高艾滋病肺部病变X线诊断水平。1例合并混合性细菌性感染;1例合并卡氏肺囊虫肺炎及Kaposi's肉瘤。X线胸片:两肺野弥漫性网结节状病变特征。

The purpose of this study was to elevate the levels of X-ray diagnosis to the pulmonary complications of the AIDS. 2 cases of the AIDS with complications in lungs were presented in this paper: mixed bacterial infection in one case, Pneumocystis Carinii Pneumonia and Kaposi's sarcoma in another case. Their radiological manifestations were diffuse reticulas - nodulur changes in both sides of the lung. With review of the literaturs, the authors considered to make sure some indicating signs that was helpful to diagnosis of the complication in lung in AIDS.
