会阴部人工肛门手术并发症的防治

PREVENTION AND TREATMENT OF PERINEAL COLOSTOMY COMPLICATIONS

自1986年以来,在直肠癌腹会阴联合切除后采用耻骨直肠肌修复或保存的方法行会阴部人工肛门72例,48.6%发生术后并发症,包括感染10例、狭窄6例、粘膜脱垂10例、人工肛门周围皮肤糜烂8例及复发1例。讨论了这些并发症发生的原因,并提出其防治措施。

Since 1986 there were 72 patients who received Miles operation followed by per-ineal colostomy with the puborectal muscle repaired or retained. Among these patients, 35 patients (48.6%) suffered surgical complications, which included perineal infection 10 patients, colostomy stenosis 6 patients, prolapse of colonic mucosa 10 patients, pericolostomy inflammation 8 patients and local recurrence one patient. The causes of such complications and their prevention and treat-ment were also discussed.
