摘要
报道了慢性粒细胞白血病的ph易位,系采用骨髓直接法制备染色体标本,该型显示为(2;22)变异易位.本文的结果还表明了染色体改变与慢性粒细胞白血病患者对治疗的反应有一定关系.
Variant ph translocation of chronic granulocytic leukemia was studied by using direct bone marrow prepare the chromosome samples. Karyotypic analyses revealed a simple variant transloeation t(2;22). The results indicated that chromosome alterations had definite relation to the reponse to therapy the patients.
