The establishment of rapid and simplified laboratory method for detection of Legionellae

目的 建立军团菌实验室快速诊断的检验方法。方法 在标本进行预处理的基础上采用自行研制的干燥培养基培养细菌并结合玻片凝集结果来分离、鉴定军团菌。结果 使用本方法后环境标本的军团菌阳性分离率提高至３８ ％ 以上。结论 本方法简便快速阳性分离率高而准确。

Objective To establish a rapid and simplified laboratory method for detection of Legionellae. MethodOn the basis of pretreated samples,using our commercialised dehyrant culture medium for the isolation of Legionellae and combining the results of glass serum coagulation. Result The positive rate of the isolation in the envirounental samples had improved to more than 38% by using this method. Conclusion This is a simplified,rapid and accurate method with high positive isolating rate for the detection of Legionellae.
