藻酸盐单克隆抗体的制备及鉴定

摘要 目的 :制备、筛选稳定分泌藻酸盐单抗的杂交瘤克隆。方法 :应用藻酸盐BSA程序免疫BALB/C小鼠 ,将其脾脏与骨髓瘤细胞SP2 / 0融合 ,采用采用ELISA方法筛选阳性克隆。抗体的检测分别采用琼脂糖双向扩散试验和ELISA方法。结果 :得到两株分泌藻酸盐单抗的杂交瘤克隆 ,分别分泌IgM和IgG。 Objective: To prepare and identify the hybridome clones of monoclonal antibody of alginate. Methods: The spleen cell was obtained from BALB/C by programmed immunization , and then was fused with myeloma cell line SP2/0. The positive clones were obtained by ELISA method. Antibody was detected by double agar gel immune diffusion test and ELISA. Results: Two kinds of hybridome clones of monoclonal antibody of alginate was obtained , which secrete IgM or IgG respectively.
