单纯血小板减少为首发症状的MDS

Pure thrombocytopenia as the first presenting symptom of myelodysplastic syndrome

目的 :探讨分析 5 2例特发性血小板减少性紫癜 (ITP)中误诊的 6例 ,以提高对骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)的诊断水平。方法 :利用临床资料 ,细胞形态 ,遗传学检查分析 6例误诊病例。结果 :5 2例ITP中 6例是以单纯血小板减少为首发症状的MDS。其中 3例染色体异常 ,2例最终转变为急性白血病。结论 :单纯血小板减少可以是MDS的首发症状 ,与ITP鉴别 。

Objective:To investigate the misdiagnosed 6 of 52 patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP), we will be better understand the myelodysplastic syndromes. Methods:According to the clinical and laboratory data of 52 patients with ITP, evaluated the misdiagnosed 6 cases.Results:6 of 52 patients with ITP in the course of follow-up presented with anemia and neutropenia or monocytosis. 2 of 6 patients translated leukemia. 3 of 6 cases had abnormal karyotype.Conclusion:Pure thrombocytopenia can be the first symtom of myelodysplastic syndromes and that may mimic ITP, the classification of these cases is difficult, from a practical point of view such a diagnosis may be avoid inefficient and possibly harmful treatments.
