Objective: To evaluate the methods and conclusions of lidocaine' s effects on electricity-kindling models. Methods: The recent papers touching upon lidocaine's effects on electricity-kindling models were analyzed and compared. Results; Different investigator had different or even converse conclusions. Conclusion: The investigation should have unitary criteria and the conclusions should not be reached readily.
