综合康复治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的观察与护理

Observation of the effect of integrated therapeutics for dysphagia in patients after brain stoke

目的 :观察综合康复疗法对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的临床疗效。方法 :对接受综合康复疗法的 5 6例病人在康复时间的长短上所取得的疗效作比较。结果 :康复时间 1～ 2周者有效率为 91% ,1个月或 1个月以上者有效率为10 0 %。结论 :结合康复疗法对于治疗吞咽障碍比单纯使用针刺、康复训练。

Objective:To observe the effect of integrated therapeutics for dysphagia in patients after brain stroke.Method:56 cases were in effect compared with long or short rehabilitation.Result:One to two weeks,the effective rate was 91%;one month,the effective rate was 100%.Conclusion:The effect of the combined treatment is much better than acupuncture and physical therapy.The difference is very significant.
