配电自动化中的通信网解决方案

Solving project of communication network in distribution automatization system

针对目前配电自动化通信系统中存在的缺点,提出了以光纤通信网为主干网运用 Mobitex 无线窄带数据通信网建立电力系统的混合通信网络,实现电力系统内部的数据通信,以求配电自动化的水平和安全性、可靠性得到大幅度的提高。根据 Mobitex 网络特点的分析,移动终端必须通过基站与其他终端进行通信,而每个基站的覆盖范围又是有限的,本文以 Mobitex 基站的覆盖范围、用户数量、地理区域等数据为依据提出一个最优算法来选择基站的建设地点,以便使得路径最短或网络的总费用最小。实践证明该算法有效。

In allusion to these shortcomings exist in the current system, we bring forward to use Fiber Communication System com- bining with Mobitex an advancedradio narrowband date communicationnetwork) to establishthe mixedcommunication network. ( Through this network, we can realize the date communication inside the electric system, and make great improvement on the re- liability and security of the Distribution Automatization. According to analysis of Mobitex Network character, moving terminal must firstly communicate with base-station SB) to communicate with the other moving terminal, and the overcast range of the ( SB is limited. On this paper, according as the datum of overcast range, consumer quantity and geography district, the algorithm is brought forward to choice setting place, so that the shortest path or the least chief fare can be made. It is proved to be availability by practice.
