摘要
随着现代科学技术的迅猛发展,出现了集机械、液压、电子等技术为一体的数控设备。由于无法避免的因素,设备有时会出现各种各样的故障。本文将在研究数控设备故障规律及特点的基础上,提出以可靠性为中心的差异维修理论及维修方式,以指导数控设备的维修管理。
Numerical control equipment which integratesmachine, hydraulic pressure and electron technology appears along with the ra- pidity developmentof contemporary technology. The equipment failure occurs because of multifarious element. Inthis paper, an appropriate maintenance theoretics and method of numerical control equipment is advanced based on the failure discipline and characteristics.
