化瘀通络法治疗烟雾病的体会

Clinical Experience in Treating Moyamoya Disease by Resolving Blood-Stasis and Unblocking Collaterals

通过病案分析 ,阐述化瘀通络法在烟雾病治疗中的作用、意义和目前所存在的问题。认为本病病机既有先天禀赋不足 ,又有后天失养 ,阴虚阳亢 ,阴不制阳 ,风、痰、瘀夹杂壅塞清窍 ,脑络闭阻。治疗时强调辨证与辨病相结合 ,既要注重活血化瘀通络 ,又需防止用药太过 ;注意固护脾胃 。

This paper discusses the function, significance and current problems in the treatment of moyamoya disease by resolving blood-stasis and unblocking collaterals. It is argued that its pathogenesis is insufficient constitution, yin deficiency and hyperactive yang, wind and phlegm and blood-stasis obstructing brain; treatment concentrates on combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation, resolving blood-stasis and unblocking collaterals, nourishing spleen and stomach.
