依托海上战救平台实施战伤院前救治的探讨

Study on pre-hospitalization rescue for the battle-wounded relying on the offshore battle field rescue platform

根据海上作战特点,依托战救平台,在平战时作训中应用院前救治流程,通过伤情判断、分类分区救治、战救平台现场急救措施的实施及战救药品器材的补给保障,使伤员从一线救护中得到确定性的救治,提高了海上伤员的营救能力。笔者主要针对依托海上战救平台实施战伤院前救治流程的方法进行了进一步探讨与研究。

According to the characteristic of sea fighting and relying on the battlefield rescue platform, the pre-hospitalization rescue process was employed in ordinary training. The wounded can be treated assuredly in the front line rescue and the rescue ability for the wounded on sea can be improved through judgement of the wound, classification, implementation of the battle field platform emergent rescue as well as timely supply of rescue medicine and equipment. The authors mainly examed and studied the methods of pre-hospitalization rescue process relying on the offshore battle field rescue platform.
