惠州市外来人员子女在读中学生心理健康状况调查

A survey on mental health of middle school nonnative students in Huizhou City

摘要 目的探讨惠州市外来人员子女在读中学生的心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法以症状自评量表(SCL-90)和自设家庭环境因素调查表为评估工具,采用分层整群抽样的方法抽取外来人员子女在读中学生497人进行问卷调查分析。结果19.3%的学生有中度以上的心理问题,其中人际关系敏感、焦虑问题较严重,与我国中学生常模比较有统计学意义。结论我市的心理健康教育应向此类学生倾斜,加强多方面合作,及时进行心理干预。 Objective To explore the mental health conditions and the relevant affecting factors of middle school nonnative students in Huizhou City. Methods SCL-90 and self-designed Family Factor Questionnaire were used to investigate 497 middle school nonnative students by grading mass sampling. Results Mental problems existed in 19.3% nonnative students, especially in the factors of interpersonal relations and anxiety which were significantly different from the norms of middle school students in China. Conclusion Mental health education can be enhanced on these nonnative students. Meanwhile we should carry out timely mental intervention by cooperation from multiple respects.
