摘要
通过对11例癌症患者跌倒原因进行分析,总结出跌倒原因与疾病消耗、体质虚弱疲劳、合并骨转移、脑转移、药物不良反应及医务人员对患者安全保护意识不强等有关,提出护士应对患者现存或潜在的健康问题进行评估,拟定出相应的护理措施,为患者提供主动的全面的服务,从而有效地预防跌倒的意外发生,提高护理质量,使患者达到最佳的治疗护理效果。
By analyzing the causes of tumbles of 11 cancer patients, the authors summarized the tumbles were associated with consumption from cancer, weakness and fatigue, bone metastasis, adverse reaction of drugs and the medical staff's ignorance of patient's safety. They put forward nurses should evaluate the present or potential health problems, formulate corresponding nursing measures and provide comprehensive service for the patients so as to effectively prevent tumbles, raise the quality of nursing care and gain the best nursing effect.
