农村社区护理质量检查的效果评价

Effect observation of nursing quality check in rural communities

目的加强农村社区护理管理,促进农村社区护理的发展及提高质量。方法针对社区的服务内容及上级有关护理管理的要求,制定了相应的社区护理质量检查标准,实施对社区护士特别是家居巡诊的质量检查。结果通过2年的社区护理质量检查并抽查200例巡视个案进行实施前后对比,用统计学处理,P<0.01,证明实施后效果明显优于实施前。结论农村社区护理质量检查的应用对社区护理质量的提高及社区护士素质的提高起促进作用;社区护理质量检查标准的制定为社区护理管理者更好地监测社区护理质量提供了参考,有利于农村社区护理管理水平的提高。

Objective To enhance the management of nursing in rural communities and raise the development and quality of rural community nursing. Methods In line with service contains of community nursing and regulations on nursing administration by upper governmental department, we regulated the check standards for community nursing quality and carried out the quality check over community nurses, especially family circulation. Results After two years quality check over community nursing, we compared the 200 randomly-selected cases before and after the enforcement of community nursing quality check, finding the community nursing quality was significantly raised after that (P<0.01). Conclusion The quality check over rural community nursing promotes the raise of both community nursing quality and the quality of community nurses. The regulations of community quality standard provides guidance for the nursing management in rural community, which is beneficial for the rise of nursing management in rural communities.
