Giving psychology induction to officers and soldiers under the condition of field operations

目的建立近似野战条件下参演官兵的心理疏导规范方法,使其纳入科学组训中,提高工作效率.方法结合在1999 年～2002年的军事训练中实施的体会,阐述心理疏导工作的实施程序和重点环节.结果心理疏导工作逐步受到参训官兵的认同并积极响应.结论规范实施心理疏导是现代卫勤的重要内容.

Objection To increased work efficiency, the rule of psychology induction was established and added into schedules of drills under the condition of field operations. Methods Combining the realization of 1999~2002 drills, the program and important parts were put forward. Results Psychology induction was received gradually and responded to positively by the officers and soldiers who took part in the drills. Conclusion It is suggested that psychology induction is the important contents of the modern medical service, and be applied widely.
