摘要
从健康管理新概念出发,研究新时期医院健康管理服务的作用和特点,结合笔者10年来在医院特需医疗服务中开展健康管理情况,介绍了推行医疗保健会员卡———“惠侨卡”和健康管理的做法和体会,认为医院要吸引病人、稳定病人,做好健康管理服务非常重要。而医院要把健康管理服务落到实处,就必须在“严、新、全、准、实”五字上下功夫。只有这样,健康管理才能求真务实,形成鲜明的服务特色,才能做大做强。
The authors explored the function and characteristics of hospital health management service, aiming at the new concept of health management. Based on their 10-year special medical service in health management, the authors introduced their performance and experience in practising medical health card-Huiqiao Card and forwarding health management, arguing that health management service is important for hospitals to attract more patients and keep them. To actualize health management service, a hospital has to carry out the management in five aspects of 'strict, new, prompt, accurate and practical'. Only in this way can health management come forth with sharp service characteristics and can a hospital grow up in a great and powerful scale.
