跳远助跑准确性的研究存在着两种学术观点。一是助跑的最后几步非常重要,二是助跑的开始几步是关键。但通过查阅资料用整体的观点,分析、研究跳远的助跑,研究表明:跳远助跑是一个整体,任何一个技术环节出现失误、任何一个因素发生变化,都会影响跳远助跑的准确性和起跳的效果。

There are two different viewpoints about the veracity of run-up, one is stress the last several steps of run-up and another is stress the importance of the first steps of run-up. The writer considers that the run-up of long jump is a whole part; any misplay will influence the veracity of run-up of long jump. This paper tries to analyze the veracity of run-up in long jump by whole viewpoint.
