高乌甲素对大鼠膀胱福尔马林刺激诱发脊髓及肾上腺Fos表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究高乌甲素对福尔马林刺激大鼠膀胱诱发的脊髓和肾上腺Fos表达的影响。方法采用甲醛刺激膀胱模型及免疫组化技术进行研究。结果 ISO组脊髓及肾上腺均未见明显Fos表达。其余三组脊髓背角内均出现Fos阳性细胞,以腰6、骶1节段数量多且集中,主要分布在脊髓后角内侧缘、双侧I层内侧部、中间带外侧核(IML)和后联合核(DCN)处,以后联合核处比较集中。在肾上腺皮质均发现Fos阳性细胞。肾上腺髓质未见明显Fos表达。高乌甲素(6mg/kg)腹腔注射可显著减少脊髓及肾上腺Fos阳性细胞数量。结论高乌甲素可抑制膀胱福尔马林伤害性刺激引起的脊髓及肾上腺Fos表达。 Objective To study the effect of lappaconitine on the expression of c-Fos gene in rat spinal and adrenal gland induced by formalin stimulation on bladder Methods After filling the bladder with formalin through a catheter,the Fos positive neurons were detected by immunohistochemical methods.Results No Fos- like immunoreactive(Fos-LI)neurons was found in spinal and adrenal in the group ISO.A lot of Fos-LI neurons were found mainly in theinner dorsal,the medial part of lamina l,the dorsal commissural nucleus(DCN)and the intermediolateral nucleus(IML).Most of the Fos-LI neurons were observed in the DCN.Fos protein positive cells were found in adrenal corex and no positive cells in medulla in all the three groups.The number of Fos protein positive cells decreased by lappaconitine(6mg/kg,ip)injection.Conclusions Lappaconitine can inhibit the ex- pression of the c-Fos oncogene response to bladder chemical stimulationin spinal and adrenal gland of rats.
