木糖醇对重型颅脑外伤后病人血糖及胰岛素释放的影响

目的探讨重型颅脑外伤病人静脉注射木糖醇后血糖及胰岛素的变化。方法对85例重型颅脑外伤病人在用药前及用药后1小时各采集静脉血一次,观察用药前后血糖及胰岛素的变化。结果用药前后两者比较血糖降低,胰岛素值升高。结论静脉注射木糖醇,可降低颅脑外伤病人的血糖,并可以增加胰岛素的分泌。

objectire To study the changes of blood glucose and insulin in the patiens with severe brain in jury after intravwnous injection of xylitol solution.Methods The vinous blood was taken before and after adinin' strat' on of xylitol in 85 cases of the patients with severe brain injury.The changes in blood glucose and insulin before and after administration were observed.Result There were significant difterence in blood glucose and blood in sulin before and after injection of xylitol.Conclusion Intravenous injection of xylitol so- lution can not only reduced blood glucose of the patients with brain injury but also stimulate iseh cells secret- ing insulin.
