摘要
通过中国石化工程建设公司(SEI)薪酬体系改革实例,分析原有薪酬制度的缺陷所在;针对企业特点明确 薪酬体系改革的思路和作法;反思改革后的成效及问题。
From reform of wage and reward system in SEI, analyzed shortcomings of traditional one; clarified thinking and measures of wage and reward system reform according to enterprise features; reviewed effect and problems after the reform.
