摘要
在对企业裁员一般类型和基本特征进行分析的基础上,深入研究企业裁员所产生的各种影响;剖析当前 国有企业裁员必然性、艰巨性和主要途径;对国有企业裁员的制度建设和操作原则提出建议。
On the basis of analyzing general types and basic features of staff reduction in enterprises, deeply studied various effects of staff reduction; analyzed the necessity, hardship and main approach of staff reduction at present in enterprises; made suggestions for its system construction and operation principles.
