分析目前国际上在总承包项目中普遍采用的试车组织运行管理模式(EPC／TurnKey)及运作方式;归纳EPC／Turn Key模式下试车管理的特点。比较国内工程公司采用的EPC管理模式,找出其在试车组织运行管理上存在的差距;论述提高试车运行管理水平的必要性和切入点。

Analyzed trial test organization operation management mode and operation mode generally adopted in whole contract project in the world nowadays ; summed up features of trial test management under EPC/Turnkey mode. Compared with EPC management mode which domestic engineering company adopted, found out gap existing in it; illustrated necessity and cutting - in point to improve it.
