摘要
目的 :研究黄芪多糖的抗衰老作用及其机制。方法 :用D 半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠 ,同时经灌胃 (ig) 5 0mg·kg-1 ·d-1或 1 5 0mg·kg-1 ·d-1 黄芪多糖 ,观察其对衰老模型小鼠器官及系统功能的影响。结果 :5 0mg·kg-1 ·d-1 或 1 5 0mg·kg-1 ·d-1黄芪多糖能使衰老模型小鼠胸腺指数和脾脏指数明显升高 ,血清和肝组织中MDA明显下降及SOD活力明显升高 ,脑组织中LF明显下降 ,肾组织中GSH PX活力及NOS活力明显升高。结论 :黄芪多糖抗衰老作用机制可能与其提高机体免疫功能 ,清除自由基及抗脂质过氧化有关。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect and its mechanism of action of polysaccharides from Radix Astragali Seu Hedysari(PRASH) on anti-senility.METHODS To observe the effect on organs and systems of rat with senile model caused by D-galatose(D-gal) and meanwhile administered 50 mg、150 mg·kg -1·d -1 with PRASH.RESULTS Thymus index and spleen index notably increased, MDA notably decreased and SOD notably ascended in serums and livers,LF notably decreased in brains, activities of GSH-PX and NOS notably increased in kidneys of rats with senile model administered PRASH.CONCLUSION PRASH may postpone senility, its mechanism probably connected with rising immunity,eliminating free radicals,antilipoperoxidation.
