腹腔镜多器官手术12例报告

Combined laparoscopic operation:report of 12 cases

目的 探讨腹腔镜多器官手术的可行性及优越性。方法 12例患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除加阑尾切除术 5例 ,肝囊肿开窗引流术 2例 ,肠粘连松解术 4例 ,单侧卵巢囊肿切除 1例。结果 12例多器官手术均获成功无并发症发生。术后住院时间平均为 3 5± 1 1d ,肠功能恢复时间平均为 16 6± 7 3h ,下床活动时间平均为 2 0 5± 5 6h ,术后疼痛轻微 ,仅 1例使用镇痛剂。结论 只要严格掌握手术指征 。

Objective To study the clinical application of combined laparoscopic surgery(CLS).Methods Twelve patients underwent combined laparoscopic surgery.Five patients were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) plus laparoscopic appendectomy.Two patients underwent LC plus laparoscopic fenestration of liver cyst(LFLC).Four patients underwent LC followed by laparoscopic salpingoophorextomy.Recovery period of bowel function,postoperative pain and mean times of hospitalization were observed.Results The combined laparoscopic surgery for the twelve patients were successful without complications.The mean length of hospital stay was 3.5±1.1 days.Recovery period of bowel function was 16.6±7.3 hours after operation.Mean time to leave bed was 20.5±5.6 hours.Postoperative pain was slight and only one patient needed drug.Conclusion As long as the basic surgical principles and operative indications were stricthy followed CLS is a safe and effective treatment for multiple abdominal diseases.
