B超与十二指肠镜下逆行胰胆管造影比较

Comparision between B ultrasound and endoscopic retrograde cholangio pancreatography in the diagnosis of cholelithiasis

目的 探讨B超与十二指肠镜诊断胆道结石价值。方法 将 133例临床疑胆道结石病例 ,采用OlympusTJP 2 4 0型电子十二指肠镜行逆行胰胆管造影 (ERCP)检查和B超检查。 结果 119例ERCP检查诊断为胆总管结石 ,12 3例B超诊断胆总管结石。结论 B超可作胆道结石的常规检查 ,而ERCP不仅能确诊胆总管结石 。

Objective To investigate cholelithiasis diagnosed by B ultrasound and necessity to of having endoscopic retrograde cholangio pancreatography(ERCP) examination to avoid misdiagnosis.Methods 133 cases suspicious of cholelithiasis under endoscopy by use of Olympus TJP type 240 electric duodenoscopy were performed ERCP examination.Results 109 of the cases were diagnosed as common bile duct stone.14 cases diagnosed as common bile duct stone under ultrasound were not confiraned by ERCT,while 10 cases of B ultrasound negative were found common bile duct stone in ERCP.Conclusion Because B ultrasound can be affected by avariety of factors and hence is prone to misdiagnosis.ERCP not only provides correct diagnosis of common bile duct stone,but also gives therapy to the stone and thus merits practicing.
