摘要
目的研究颌骨成釉细胞瘤(ameloblastoma,AB)中骨形成蛋白(BMP)-2mRNA的表达,探讨其与AB的发生、发展及生物学行为的关系。方法采用原位杂交方法对51例AB进行BMP-2mRNA的检测。结果51例颌骨AB标本中33例有BMP-2mRNA表达(64.71%),以肿瘤滤泡周边的高柱状细胞杂交信号最强。原发病例与复发及恶变病例中BMP-2mRNA的表达率比较差别有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论BMP-2mRNA的表达可能与AB的发生及生物学行为有一定关系。
Objective To investigate the expression of BMP-2 mRNA in ameloblastoma of the jaw bone and its clinical significance. Methods BMP-2 mRNA expression in 51 cases of jaw bone ameloblastomas was detected by in-situ hybridization. Results The positive rate of BMP-2 mRNA in jaw bone ameloblastoma was 64.7% (33/51) .The positive staining was localized mainly in cytoplasm of tall columnar epithelium around the tumor follicles. There was statistical difference in positive rate of BMP-2 mRNA between primary cases and recurrent or malignant transformation cases (P<0.05). Conclusion BMP-2 mRNA expression might be related to carcinogenesis, development and biological behavior in jaw bone ameloblastoma.
