针刺对脑血流图影响及其时间节律

THE INFLUENCE OF ACUPUNCTURE UPON REG AND ITS TIME-RHYTHM

针刺可提高记忆功能。为查明其作用机理,我们通过55名大学生实验观察了针刺百会对脑血流图的影响及其时间节律。初步揭示:针后多呈陡直波,振幅抬高,流入时间缩短而流出时间延长(α/β值缩小),频率减缓,补法效应大于泻法;这一效应和针刺时间有关,在一天24小时里呈规律性波动,辰时和子时的影响幅度最大,性质相反。这一结果提示:针刺百会在一定条件下可增加脑血循环量,构成提高记忆的作用机制之一;针刺效应具有应时性特点。

In order to find out the working mechanism of raising memory by acupuncture, we observed the influence of acupuncture at Baihui-point on REG and its time-rhythm through 55 university students. The results indicated that: after acupuncture the form of waves of REG presented mostly rise steeply; the amplitudes raised; the α/β reduced; the frequences of waves retard; the effects of Bu-group are more obvious than Xie-group. The effects have a direct bearing on the time of acupuncture. The effects undulate regularly in 24 hours of a day; the changes of wave-range arc most obvious in Chen-time and Zi-time, and the qualities of its changes are opposite, The results point out that: acupun cture Baihui-point can raise the volume of blood flow of brain in given condition, thus constituted one of the working mechanism of the effect of raising memory; the acupuncture-effects have a seasonable characteristic.
